Nancy Elliott, BA, LLB, is the President and CEO of Elliott Immigration Corporation and oversees corporate operations. In her previous role as a senior immigration lawyer for nearly three decades, she handled intricate business and individual cases in all categories, employer compliance, admissibility, enforcement, and hearings with expertise, determination and compassion. As an experienced business person, she understands the multi-faceted elements of founding, expanding and/or relocating a business in Canada, and also knows the challenges of the current Canadian labour market. She was previously a director of several company boards and has knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship and corporate governance. Ms. Elliott graduated with a Bachelor in Chinese studies (BA) from University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen’s University. She speaks English and Mandarin and has written extensively on immigration issues.
Ming Zhou is the Director of Immigration Services of Elliott Immigration Corporation and is the primary Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) of the company. After graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, he became deeply involved in the Canadian education industry for many years before obtaining his licence as an RCIC in 2018. He held the position of program director of a private language school in Toronto and founded an education consulting agency in Taipei, Taiwan to guide international students in their Canadian education journey. Ming provides clear, detailed and responsive strategies to clients seeking temporary or permanent residence in Canada.
Amy Li is Elliott Immigration Corporation’s Director of Case Management and Administration, having 15 years of previous experience in immigration case management, administration and business operations. Amy’s in-depth knowledge, attention to detail, strategic thinking and dedication has enabled her to lead a team to prepare best in class temporary and permanent residence applications in all categories and solve complicated problems arising in multiple immigration cases. Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics from Yuan-Ze University in 2004 in Taiwan and obtained an Honours Brand Management Graduate Certificate program from Seneca College in 2009. Amy is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Maria Vittoria Tomaselli is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with a background in linguistics, having earned both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Malta. After immigrating to Canada, she peronally navigated the process of obtaining Canadian permanent residence, which ignited her passion for assisting others on their own path to Canada. For several years, she volunteered with a multicultural group dedicated to helping newcomers integrate into Canadian society. Since obtaining her RCIC license in 2017, she has transformed her passion into a successful career, leveraging her deep understanding of legal issues and extensive experience with complex cases to provide knowledgeable and empathetic service to each client. Maria Vittoria has in-depth knowledge and experience in a variety of immigration matters, conducts extensive legal research and drafts detailed submissions. She has lived in several countries and is a world traveller, fluent in English and Italian, and also speaks French.
Judy Hsu is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) having begun her career as a legal assistant and paralegal in 2010. She immigrated to Canada from Taiwan, and has experienced first-hand the challenges of integrating to a new country. She has frequently volunteered in community centres to assist newcomers and offers skill, patience and direction to her many immigratoin clients. After completing her Bachelor’s degree at Simon Fraser University, she completed a certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures at the University of British Columbia. Judy has handled temporary and permanent resident applications in all categories, as well as enforcement, admissibility and rehabilitation cases. Judy is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Yijun Ma is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), having graduated from Suzhou University with a bachelor’s degree in English Education and a master’s degree in Linguistics from Shanghai Maritime University. After spending over a decade in Shanghai as an Australian immigration assistant, interpreter for commercial conferences, and petrochemical/energy market intelligence analyst, Yijun embarked on a new chapter by immigrating to Canada in 2018. Yijun possesses a thorough understanding of Canadian immigration law and regulations and has a wealth of experience managing diverse immigration applications, including applications for temporary and permanent residence in all categoris, buseinss applications, employer applications, admissibility and enforcement.
